About Ginger




Ginger Reynolds grew up in rural Virginia and began formal musical studies at the age of 7, playing the piano. Her formal education includes degrees from Converse College, University of Michigan; post graduate studies with Margo Garrett and Carol Barnett.

She has been a collaborative pianist with many instrumentalists and singers, and has served on the faculties of the University of Michigan at Interlochen, Olivet College, and Hamline University as pianist, coach, and lecturer.

She currently teaches at MacPhail Center for the Arts, Minneapolis, and is a member of ASCAP and American Composer's Forum.
